Actually the numbers are a little misleading for New York state,as of 2005 there are over 250,000 registered atvs in the state and in 2003 there were over 30.000 new unitssold.Keep in mind that most of the population of our state is in the NYC area,and there are a lot of people there who does not even know what an atv is.On Long Island there are atv'ers,but those guys are out in the country as far as NYC is concerned.
25.00 bucks a pop for registration and still no trail money,just lip service and people are getting really fed up!
