will these fit?

I have a 2007 outlander 800xt, its all stock, I am gonna run sti rims with a 5+2 offset, I was wondering if these tires will rub anything. The tires are
Dirt Devil 1 by GBV
26-10-12 front
26-12-12 rear

Also are these a good tire?

If the rims are for the bike there should be no rub, as far as the tires they look good. Never tried them myself though.
