I cracked footwells due to rocks, got hung up on a rock in a creek (4:10 in the video). The bumper caps are zip tied. But that's it, besides replacing the brakes.

i have had problems (and still have ) with the plastic! mainly the front shroud and dash pod. also something to do with my steering, i caught a stick in a hole and popped the tire off the rim, got it fixed and to drive straight i had the handle bars turned as if i was turning right... not fun! took to dealer and they said the power steering was out of alignment... i dont find its still "right" anyone else have any power steering problems?

No power steering issues here. Have lost one bumper cap, stupid tree! heh heh heh.

Can Am Box quick connects are not the best. The opening for them does not match and with a little time, the box slides forward. I need to install a few gaskets to hold it down. Anyone have a better idea other than CanAm changing the design.

I'm on my third trunk door they are garbage the legs that hold the latch pins keep breaking and all I have in there is a tow strap. Only other thing at the moment is the exhaust heat shield makes alot of noise for no apparent reason and I course the stock brakes are junk!!! Every pad on mine is down to metal 1300km and most of it except maybe 200 was all groomed Atv trails

I have tons of crap, one a very heavy tool bag, in my rear box and it still has not malfunctioned and that is after a lot of tough riding, including big hills. Maybe some are better fits than others. Poor design I agree though.

I'll agree the trunk latch is a crap design. My first ride I ended up losing my winch remote, some tools and stuff. It just falls open randomly sometimes, even when latched properly. Now I have a bungee around the rear bumper and across the middle of the trunk so it can't open.

My dealer put a little cable on the rear trunk to keep the door from opening all the way. He told me it was because the door opened on there demo unit and burnt a hole through it at the exhaust. Might be something there doing everywhere?
