XMR 1000 Valve adjustment

Maybe the information I'm looking for is already here, but I can't find it.

Does anyone have the instuctions on how to adjust the valves, and what the spacing is supposed to be on the 1000? I'm assuming the adjustment is the same for all 1000 models.

As well, what are the torque specs, etc?
Is a cylinder bolt required to hold the piston at TDC?

Thank you,
