SO my bike is a 800 outy max that is being set up for mud racing. Should i send you a 650 helix to be further milled?

I would start with a 650, and go from there. A lot of factors go into selecting a helix angle (tire size, weight, engine mods, to name a few), so it makes sense to start with the cheapest one.

I think U just put the 650 Helix in it with no milling............

Yes just put it in, and test, then post the results on here! That's the rule! Post what you did, how tested, other mods to your bike too, so we know what's happening.

Will do. Where is everyone ordering theirs from? I looked on bike bandit and they show the part on the fisch but they dont have it listed and not price for it. So i am looking elsewhere.?????

I am so lost, I can't order one untill I know rather it should be a 2 piece or a single piece version, and what the heck is the differnce. Why would BRP make two different ones for the 650????????????????????

You could call the site sponsor Parker Yamaha tomorrow. I did see the part number mrrpm listed for the 650 on cheap cycle parts dot com.

I don't know why there are 2 different ones, maybe getting rid of old stock?? Or maybe the newer one supercedes the old one, don't know. I'd just get the one piece, cause my jig is set up for the new (1 piece) style. I can do either one, but it's easier for me to mod the 1 piece, due to setup.
