For a n/a setup, if stock valves and cam are used, the usable rpm range will go down, which should work good with the rpm limited stock computer, if someone wanted to do such a thing.

Just WHAT are you trying to say here MR.RPM?????

In YOUR words from the LAST part of quote, will be ALOT of people interested.....

I will be awaiting results as well as VIDS AND PICS OF any progress you may or may not have... GOOD OR BAD.

Nice.

Whenever you get to working on boring out the bottom end housing, would you mind posting a couple pics of that process. I am thinking your pretty much going tol have to split the case, just wondering what all is going to be involved with that part of the up fit. I have never seen that done before to an engine case, the boring it out part that is.

'Course I ain't done it yet, but the plan is to run a round bar thru the main bore in the cases, (bolted together, obviously), sit the bar on vee blox, roll the motor around until the jug surface is flat, the center up on the existing bore, then, cyle start. It doesn't have to be perfect, as the hole is just that, not having any close fit or anything, the jug liner just hangs in there. If I were machining the jug surface, however, I'd indicate the surface in flat and true with the spindle, to get it dead nuts on, heck, might anyway. We do V-8's like this all the time. I have a fixture to indicate 90 degree V-8's with, which makes the setup time a lot better, but to just do this one block, I'll just indicate it in. If i were gonna do a few, I'd make a fixture for this also, then, just bolt it down, get the deck straight up, and go.
