yup, got some mud or nastiness in the one way bearing that is not allowing the clutch to freewheel when in drive gears. At the least pull off the cvt cover and investigate, I wouldn't attempt to run it any more than necessary with it acting like that, could do some long term damage. That is, not that it WOULD run... take some pics if you can or let us know what the deal was...

had the same issue but the friction washer was destroyed and the race the spring rides in was stuck in the outer clutch plate causing the belt to slip over the oneway bearing and cut a ridge in the middle of the belt!
