Hi,
I just got a thing in the mail form BRP and it has a number (they give you your own log in number) and a site that allows you to log in or you can phone and give your opinion on the bike and dealer.

The only problem is that they don't really have a spot to put your own opinion in. But when it asks about the product reilability, if you select that it is far worse than expected, then a box comes up asking why and then you can give your opinion. Hope this make sense.

Mind you, I didn't get the survey done yet because it had a server error :hp:od:and I have to try again later. So if you type in a long winded comment, make sure you copy and paste it into a word document so that you don't have to type it again.

Yep, mine showed up today, 01/06/2006. Too bad they did not provide a "comments" section in there somewhere. I would have had a few choise things to mention :sm:

I clicked Worse than expected on the quality question and a box came up to let me put in why. I tried to put a fairly long comment in it and it wouldn't work. So I just put a note in for them to email me. Will see if they actually read it.

I received mine at the end of november. The only bad comment I put in was the lack of knowledge by the sales rep. at my dealership.
