Yes, normal deviation, I did get back to them. THEY made the offer but I declined due to commitments at the time. I have contacted Paul about the updated front kit and I am sure with their excellent customer service I will have some updated results to post in the next couple of weeks. I will add that I have not taken the old front kit off yet because now that I know where the small amount of noise is coming from and the very minimal amount of wear it is causing to ride with it over the next couple of weeks is of very little concern.

Well Gents received the upgraded front lift kit from Rubberdown (tks Paul) they sent it out on a Friday and received it on Weds. Looks very nice, high quality work. Gonna install it in the next couple of days will post some pics. My congrats to Rubberdown on their excellent, fast, customer service and standing behind their products. Stay Tuned.

I installed my 2" lift on my renegade and have no complaints at all. Didnt even need instructions. Good design, good machining. I dont even know about their customer service, cause to be honest.. I dont think ill ever need it. The first one took a little (persuasion) it was the front left. It took about 30mins. But everyone after that took about 10mins. I have rode on various terrain, and dont see anything wrong. GREAT PRODUCT!
