Default Maintenance how often? belt, fluids etc..

was wondering how long people go before changing the diff fluids and engine oil. And also the belt. I have roughly 600 miles on my renegade 800 I've gotten the belt wet before I know it so I don't know if it's glazed or what, I've only ever felt it slip once and that was right after a water hole. that was about 150 miles ago. thanks for any info. Oh, an... as far as what type of riding I do, it's mostly trail riding a pit every once in a while and I usually avoid water an mud as much as I can, just happened to have to go through this one hole, no way around.

the owners manual will tell you most of what you need to do. However as far as the u-joints go, grease them very often. especially if you went thru water on your last ride.

yep, and your a-arm bushings too, my gade-x bushings were gettin loose around 600 miles,, caps are plastic,,,plus gear-box oil,, after water riding,, use to get water in my 07 800 gearbox often, till i snorkeled vent line, the motor oil,,,,guessin 500 miles just trail riding ? the diffs after break in,,wouldn't worry too much,, if they ain't leaking.
