I'm just finishing off the details now. I've installed the front, middle and a-arm sections and will finish off the back tomorrow or Tuesday. At that point, I'll post pictures and actual CAD drawings of my designs so you can duplicate them. Note, the Max and Standard bikes will have different designs. Either way, if you have access to a CNC like I do...and can run it as well, you can fabricate your own set from my drawings. Or give them to a buddy to make them for you. If it didn't take so long to make them, I'd make a bunch and sell them...but it's a time consuming job because of setup time, getting the parts etc. Hopefully you'll find my design usefull. Something else people should be aware of is proper tightening torques for all of the fasteners used. It makes a big difference in the quality of the job you do and doing it the right way. I'll post some data from BRP on what the various torque specs are on metric fasteners of various grades. If you don't own a torque wrench already....buy one. Good one to get is 0-100 ft/lbs, if you can get two, also pick up a 1/4" drive in/lb wrench. Great for small stuff like M6 and M8.

will update soon.

Thanks for doing that Tiggy. Once you have the goods posted, I will stick this topic to the top. It will be very helpful to those that don't want to drill.

Ok, here are the first of the drawings. I am still working on a bracket for the rear of the standard XT bike. The clamp style won't work on the regular bike because there is a gusset in the way. The Max hasenough clearance so the clamp can fit there. These drawings are basically a rendition of what another member made. I just recreated it in CAD and then machined them myself. I wouldn't suggest trying to make these with hand tools. You'll never get the flatness required. Note these drawings are too scale, but I did them really quick so accuracy can't be gaurenteed, also, symbols and details aren't the "official" mechanical way. No time for that lol.
