4 wheeler not starting

bought a used 2006 bombadier 400 xt 4x4 and it never idoled right. had it a year and made be have rode it 5 times. the bike started fine but even after warming up, would die after about a minute. i figured it might be the carburator, so i bought the shop manual and took the air box out and looked at carburator. then i read further, and saw that there was an idol screw. i put the air box back, without touching the carburator, and adjusted the screw with the bike off. now the bike will not start. i have no clue what the problem is. any ideas?? i'm completely new owning a 4 wheeler and only have info in service maunal (which seems greek to me). any help would be appreciated

FIRST check yer kill switch to be sure its still on.
then check all electrical connections around yer air box incase you pulled one apart when you was R&Ring it
also make sure that the airbox is completely on correctly and you didnt pull and hoses off the carb (I have an 800 so they arent the same).
check yer sparkplug boot to be sure its still firmly on...
then of its still not starting try squirting a tiny amount of starting fluid in it to see if it fires if it does its not getting any gas if it doesnt prolly electrical
