I pulled my clutches today to fix leaking seals on rear CVT housing. Upon installing the secondary clutch, per the shop manual it say's "Driven Pulley end-play is zero. Torque driven pulley screw". But it does not say how many ft/lbs to torque too. So intially I tightened with my socket till snug. I then ran it in low around the yard (5mph) then pulled back into garage. I reved it up a little before shutting it off and the secondary fell off!! I reinstalled again and figured I would torque it the same as the primary, 74ft/lbs. Well the bolt snapped, luckily I was able to remove the broken end, wew! Now I will have to replace the bolt which I believe is a standard size. But how much should I tighten it this time? So not to go through that again. Thanks

what tools are needed to pull the clutchs. is it like a sled. take out bolt on the primary and use a longer clutch puller. is there a clutch holder for the primary. how abouttaking the belt off. is there a long bolt tool you use to seperate the secondaryclutch. do they sell these online or just your dealer. how much do they cost. has anyone tried a clutch kit for a 800 yet ?
