I hardly even notice mine anymore lol. I havent had my exhaust coated yet ... no melting and normal heat. that is, it runs as hot as I would expect it to

Can't say that I've seen (felt) a dramatic increase in power. Probably a greater benefit in the cooling department. I don't have access to the proper test equiptment to fine tune it either.

From my experience, there is very little power gain from the Dobeck. I haven't bought one and am glad I didn't. Its nice to have it a little richer but not worth the $$$ IMO.

What slip on are you running? What do your plugs look like? Thanks I'm questioning weather or not it's really needed.

I have been thinking about getting a HMF slip on for mine and was wondering if i really need the tfi? Also if i do need it does it have to stay on the machine or can u change the fuel and then take it off??

It has to stay hooked up to the machine. I just have not found a place to mount it that I'm happy with. Now I have it mounted up under fake gas tank in front of me on the air filter cover. But it's been so dusty it's just caked and won't stay put. Also it's not waterproof. Maybe others have found a better place. I remember a tupperwear cover job, but could never find a container suitable.
