anyone have any suggestions????/ when i try to buy a can-am in michigan the dealer says he can not sell to a canadian residence, its against can-am rules????????? but i can buy it there for over 2k cheaper?????????? is somethint wrong with this picture??????? even if exchange is 35% which it is half that, no more duty, just pst and gst 14% it is still a fuc---- mile off. WHYYYYYYY??????????,,,, any thoughts or ideas, ( in know move to the usa)????????? it just is not right or fair??? Ray,, thanks for letting me rant, you are all great.

Well it seems like the easiest solution is, Do you know anyone living in the us? If you find the right notary they can write it up as a gift. a hard ass will make you pay tax on the blue book to sign it over though.

The cheapest way to go if it's feasable is to get someone to buy and sign over the outy in a state with no sales tax.
