I firmly believe this is a crock of od:. I just got done greasing the one-way on the 500. Damn Dayco belt has a crack in it already BTW.uke:

This is the second time I've tested this, did it first on my 800. With the belt off the machine I tried shifting it. No difference, still have to hump it. If it don't shift any better without the belt, how in the world is it going to shift better with new bearings?

I'd be happy to eat my words but this makes no freaking sense.

When I got the Daycos I don't think anyone had said anything about them yet. Mine is still fine and I have more miles than hers. Hers chewed up a stock belt at 1500 miles. Maybe something is up with her clutch.

Babbits has the same and is alot faster to look at parts, even tho I dont buy from them much.

Look it up at Babbits and buy from Parker, much cheaper for stock parts.
