well .. its runnjin fine when its cold or warm , when it gets hot .. like goin up a hill under hard throttle .. it dies like it runs out o gas, let sit for a while till it cools a bit then your off again for a bit then dies.. back firs out the exhaust. some times need full choke jus tto start it.

A 2007 will be carburated, check the fuel lines for dry-rot above the valve cover. Check the fuel on/off/res switch for proper flow (mine only works on reserve).. Check and/or clean the carb. Check and /or replace the tank fuel filters (behind the tank grommets)

backfiring and having to use the choke tells me you have a lean fuel condition.

If it's carbed and starts acting up when it gets real hot, it might be getting vapor lockkked

it still has the fuel tank strainers in the tank ... says you have to pull the tank and remove gromet 14 and I am betting its clogging up

Perhaps this is your problem.. As you will have those strainers in the tank.
