Replacement Spark Plug

Hoping someone can tell me what spark plug to pick up for a replacement on my 2004 400HO outlander.

NGK DCPR8E gap should be 0.7 mm or .027 in, make sure hole is clean before you remove the old one, not sure if little screw cap stays on top of plug, old one will tell you, I put a bit of anti seize on the threads, screw in snug but not over tight
