Default pugged vent on fuel cap

after a day of riding we put 60 miles on and had half a tank of fuel acording to the gauge it felt like it was running out of fuel, spittin and sputtering. I loosened the fuel cap and you could hear the vacume escape then it ran fine.
Anybody else have this problem?
How many miles should i expect from a full tank?
This is the first time in 4 years of this happeng and im pretty the gauge is working.

Do you have the fuel tank vented to the pod? If not check your one-way valves under the seat.

Remove all those valves, just use the white filter.

I removed all of it and ran a line up under my pod. Run a couple of loop under the pod so nothing can just run down into the tank. I had problems with my tank collapsing . That fixed my problems
