Yes it will but with a little mod. the ricochet front bash plate needs to be bent upto meet the rpm bumper. I used a ratchet strap to help with this, and kept kicking it till it was in place. then drill out to new holes just above the ^ in the ricochet double plate, to connect the ricochet skid plate and rpm bumper, bolt and your done.
