The best price i've found is 13k PLUS tax, so I'm still looking at 15k out the door.

3 grand is the difference between being able to afford it, and not being able to.

I'm sure either way I could, but I want something with beefy tires right out of the box, and not an XMR. I just want to buy it with all the addons I want. Not buy it then have to add a couple grand. So instead of 3k difference I'm looking at 5-6.

I'm still calling around, you guys have me cornered on the XXC, so I'm trying to find the best possible price.

I take it you have never ridden the xxc power steering model vs the standard model, or you'd be eating those words!!!

Also, if you are planning on going to large tires, The shocks wouldn't benefit you as you'd have to crank them up to the max to get any use out of them with a 29.5 on there.

I am in NB, Hi-tech, Torque and the Powerstore all of which have no XXC's but promised they could get me one, called half of nova scotia no 2013 XXC's.

And Vforcejohn, do you mean the XXC shocks wouldn't benefit me or the base gade's?

And maybe I'm over ambitious with 29.5's saw my friends 800 on 27 inch mudzillas rip through where a 750 brute on 30 inch silver backs couldn't haul.

Also, do 27 inch mudzillas or something similar fit on the beadlock wheels - with the correct offset?

Power steering is just another thing to go wrong. My buddies went at 3000 km on his 2012 outlander. Luckily it still had warranty or it would have been $2000 they said.

So called around.. shopped around... How many 800 XXC's in Atlantic Canada? Answer... zero, nil, nada. SO what did they offer me a 2013 1000 XXC for 15 bi weekly more, with 2 years warranty etc.

I waived a little bit, I offered 5$ less bi weekly.

He calls back, nope they can't do it. Instead they offered to give me a 2014 1000 XXC for the price of the 2013 (the 2013's have a 700$ rebate)

I said nope still need 5$ cheaper bi weekly.

He calls back again, we can do 3$ cheaper bi weekly. I hang up.

He calls back and says we can do 3.5$ cheaper and thats it. I said throw in a set of tires at invoice and you got a deal.

SO, looks like I could be signing the papers on a 2014 1000 XXC.. Completely what i didn't think would happen lol.

Nice. Way to stick to your guns. Don't worry about buyers remorse, you're gonna love that thing.

I almost went 1000, but couldn't bring myself to do the $1K more. You will not regret going Xxc.
