Did you disconnect your battery to reset the ecm? If so how is the increased hp?

Lamigratx and I spoke to one of the Can-Am Reps at the Can-Am Nationals and he told us that if youdo any mods, like the air filter or exhaust, you have to disconnect the negative side of your battery for atleast 3 minutes. When you start it back up it will recalibrate the ecm for the new changes. This was as much asurprise to me as it is to you. Maybe someone else on here can back this up.

Yes I got them and they are Supertrapp discs. It comes with the adapter, 18 discs, end capand a heat shield. I am running 13 right now and it sounds good. Maybe a tad loud but I'm sure taking one or two more out would make it acceptable to most anyone. I'll get a pic of it when I wash it. I was just out playing and it is very muddy right now
