Default First time out since I sunked it..

So last yr, I sunked my xmr pretty bad... ;-( after draining the airbox and cvt, 16 oil changes, including the rear diff and gear box there was no evidence of water.

Today I took my xmr out for the first time in 3 months.. and I noticed that when I throttle full open it lacks the power at the beginning then soon after I have full power. We rode for about 4 hours today and aside from that lack of response, everything else seems ok. It almost feels like its chocking, then gets a gulp of air and its good to go... Any ideas what could be causing this?
