Default PC5 Autotune problems

Hey guys any of you run into autotune problems. Mine new out of the box which is a dual tune setup. Won't read AFR at 0.000, shunt is installed in extra can cennector on autotune module, can harness connecting autotune and PC5. Autotune enabled on PC5. The shunt I'am getting 15million ohms which seems a bit hi to me. Any one run into this problem? Its wired properly?

When I went to add autotune to my PC V I had to download a firmware update. It was all down hill from there. It would not autotune nor tune via laptop so I installed a pc3 and problem solved. Dynojet now has my pc v/dualAutotune and I am waiting for there response.

It is a firmware issue
alot of the pc5 units were shipped to dealers before the auto tune software was available
go to dj website and update your firmware on your laptop then connect to the pc5 and update it as well
reboot and your good to go

Did the firmware update twice with dynojet support linked to my computer via internet and it ran horribly in autotune mode and it would not tune by changing fields on the manual tune setting. I even wasted more money by taking it to a well known builder and tuner in So. Cal. It wasn't til we just swapped in a pc3 til we got it to run right. Very dissappointed with support and product to say the least. Had tune monster been more available I would have bought it on the spot.

I have had three carried to me that would not work
all three of them were old pc5 shelf units (new to the owner but obviously not the dealer)
updated the firmware and they worked fine

Any tips for updating the firmware? I downloaded the new firmware from the dyno jet website but when I try and upload the new firmware to the pcv is will not accept the file, it says it's the wrong exe.
I may be calling dyno jet tech support soon....
