Whats the best optimizer to go with?
Hello, I have a 2010 800R Outlander XT-P. I installed a Uni air filter and a Big Gun Evo exhaust. Looking to get an optimizer right now and would like some advise on which one is best.
Thanks everyone, Vince

or for somewhere around $250 you can send your core to GetTorqued and they will reprogram your oem computer for whatever parts you add on, however it has to be something they tested and have maps for.

I can do one set up for your bike. I would just need your feet above sea level.

Problem with this is your stock ECM is not exactly linear when it comes to elevation, temps, gas quality or octane, etc... I guess I would never suggest this unless you live in a location like they live in. Even still there are many other variables and you have no way to "edit" what they did. It's alot smarter to buy something you can "edit".

Given that I live in Wisconsin, temps get below zero and all the way up to 100 in summer, would I need something that I can tune for these temps?

The stock ECU will make the majority of changes, but if you want everything out of your bike all the time then YES.
