Well now still no reply from babbits.
Two people from babbits personally told me they would check on the BRP order and call me back and they still have not.(been three days now this time)
Also I sent them an email and they said that they would contact BRP and check on the part and they have not responded back either.
rkc05...I would think it would just be a phone all to BRP parts folks up in Canada...Why does babbits not make a phone call and get the info and call me back?
Is it that difficult to get info from BRP you think?
I am wondering if I will ever get this part...

I don't know how hard it is to contact BRP but my dealer seems to be able to do the simple things I ask and never put me off. If they can't do something at least they tell me. Anything I ask I get the info (good or bad) the same day. Maybe you should ask to speak to the owner of the place your dealing with, that usually wakes people up. Explain your prob to him I bet you get an answer one way or the other.

I have bought from Babbits before, it was Polaris RZR accessories, they were cheaper than most, but if something came in with a part missing or damaged, good luck, there customer service after the sale is really poor.

I currently have a set of Apache tracks on order through them and it was like pulling teeth to get a status on a 3000 dollar order. I have attempted to order through them before with complications..the only reason I stuck it out this time is cause they had a good price on the kit and worked with me on the shipping. Mostly they weren't sending me order updates...
