Now, let me preface this by saying that I'm not condoning what this kid did BUT where does it stop?

A 16 year old kid was arrested and charged with "intentional bias" for grabbing an intercom in a wal mart and telling all black people to leave. Really, was this nothing more then a poor attempt at a bad joke by a teenager?

He was ARRESTED for this? Not only that but there seemed to be a fairly large press gathering around the announcement as well.

Don't we have REAL criminals out there these resources COULD be going toward?

What happend to dad taking jr. back behind the wood shed? OOOOPPPSSS, you can't do that anymore.

Any wonder we have kids doing stupid crap like this?

Its all a misdirection plan to take attention away from the health care issue this week! Muah ha ha! But seriously, the media chooses what the big issues are now, no one else. If they didn't make such a big deal about it no one would have been so pressed to find this kid.

Kinda like where they added another trillion or so to the budget, if you didn't read about it on the web, you'd never know! The press is "in bed" with the current admin.
All they are doing is creating a bunch of stuff that the next admin will....delete.

Totally ripped out of proportion, I mean really, is this international news? A kid making a joke (ya OK slightly sick joke) over a shop's PA system actually gets hunted down and arrested??? FFS... what has your so-called free country become?!?
Had it been anyone else, it would go unnoticed or get laughed off. It just seems that certain people (one very specific group) are incredibly sensitive when any reference to their race is made. Why is that? Do they really have no self-confidence?? That would be the only reason that makes sense...
Funny also, how special it is, when one of them are the first (of their group) to achieve something, that the rest of us have been doing for ages. Like, the first bl**k man to climb Everest, or the first bl**k to fly a specific airplane, the first bl**k to do this or that - I mean, if we, as humans, are all equal, why is this noteworthy? Does this not indicate a confidence problem among their own??
Just wondering....

This guy was like public enemy #1 and I'm sure there are MUCH better things the cops have to do then mess with crap like this.

I'm tellin ya, if it were me as a kid doing this the cop's couldn't have put the kind of fear in me that I knew was facing me when I got home.
