The Essence of it All: Quadtards, and why dirt bikers hold us in such high esteem
Found this post over on Thumber Talk, and felt that it did a pretty good job of explaining why dirt bikers hold us in such high esteem (being sarcastic here). Its the helmets. You virtually never see a dirt biker without a helmet on, but with ATVs it is far too common to see a rider without a helmet. Irregardless of whether you feel a helmet is needed or not, other people are going to think quad riders are "Quadtards" if they see you riding without a helmet. So don't be a Quadtard. Be safe, wear a helmet, and don't let any of these videos happen to you.

LOL,what do they think of Harley riders?
I really could care less what anyone thinks about whether I wear a helmet or not,but I do think its aggravating having to drag dirt bikes when they cant go where I can.

The only thing I tell people who choose not to wear a helmet is "make sure your organ donor card is signed."

To each their own. The website you refer to does a great job of trashing everything related to ATV's. I am not knocking the site but I do not utilize it. For the record I do wear a helmet everytime I ride and I do not spend time critizing bikers and would expect the same.
