Sunday belt break in ride (pic's & vids)

Had a good run today, 65 Km’s, 7 hours on the trails (minus 1.5 for nieces birthday party).DEFINATLY put my new gates belt through more than I intended for sure. A lot of slow technical trails along the way. Got out to the top of the town, rkc05’s favorite warming shack (hey man it’s missing a wall)then a brutal trip out the power line to hook onto Dolan road then out to Taylor lake & back through clover valley. Not sure if this is the proper way to break in a new belt but it worked good for sure. The pic’s & video’s are from the last leg of the trip as my thirteen year old was driving allowing me to take a few video’s (shitty as they might be).

that would have been a good run you say theres a wall missing out of the shack, that dam is that right behind the airport?

I shouldn't say the wall is missing,the piece of plywood on one side of the door is off.I will qualify it by saying that it was the shack basically below the top of the town.I am not that familiar with the area

We also got very lucky today as a friend of my nephew rolled his bike at that stream just past the Dolan road Irving on the way to the bog.My heart was in my throat seeing his bike upside down.

So far so good ,only the first 100 Km's though,I beat the heck out of it pretty good ,no complaints.
