Just to info u they have updated the clamps to fasten the box since i bought one, first it was only one bolt on one side of an clamp that's why it flew off.
but if you buy now you will get clamps with bolt holes on both sides.

I am using the quick release system and i love it i have never had any incidents with it even if the box is empty or full of stuff.

there is a way to lock the system so it will never open on a ride.
some people use a kind of pin to lock it. i have never locked it though.

Good to know, Ice. Thanks for the info. I will probably wind up buying one. I haven't seen anything else that "fits" as nicely. Seems like all of the runner up's are either to boxy looking, not big enough, or aren't made to fit the max.
