What are the woods racers and fast trail guys running.

Hello everyone! Slowly working on getting the renegade built for fast trail riding. Time for wheels and tires. I'm dead set on dirt commander's. I'm torn between 27/9 and 28/10. I will be running same size tire all the way around. The 28's are 4lbs heavier. But I've heard they run small that's why I'm even considering a 28. I just don't like the sound of running 10 wides in all 4 corners. Anybody with pictures of eaither set up?

I run 28" bighorns on 12" and find it the bike rolls on off camber slow sections with low pressure

If i was to run 28" i would run the on 14" wheels.

I also ran 27" on 12" they were good that size and you can definitely feel the difference.
So i would consider your rim size when chooseing..

Hope this helps

I personally would go with just the 27/9 on the front. A friend of mine had a 2010 with 27/10 on front and was hard on front end parts. It look real mean though with the wider tires. I got 27/9/12 on the front of my Outlander and they work great. Personally if I was to be sitting up a Renegade for fast trail riding, the last thing I think I'd want is my front end being too heavy. You would think you want easy, quick, comfortable steering.
