Question Tools for use with a press

Morning Everyone,

I was wondering if someone knew of some where or some one who builds tools for pushing in and out the bearings from the knuckles as well as for balljoints.

I picked up a ball joint kit from Princess auto when they put them on sale. Makes changing ball joints easy. As for wheel bearings I watch some You-Tube videos and once you have either front or rear hubs out its pretty much like iam-canadian 22 said.

I picked up the 10T Hydraulic bench press from PA.

Worked awesome to pop the bearing out. I was hoping maybe someone had made a tool to hold the knuckle to reinstall the bearing.

I bought this https://www.princessauto.com/en/deta...it/A-p8354714e for balljoints but I don't think it will work to reinsert them. Was hoping maybe someone had made a kit for the press to do it

Was hoping maybe someone had made a kit for the press to do it[/ I was able to reinstall my ball joints with this same Ball Joint kit. I borrowed a friends snap on 1 7/16 socket, it needs to be 2 1/2" high. If I remember it fit tight around ball joint and allowed ball joint to bush into a-arm socket. Maybe try different sleeves for wheel bearing, but like I seen on you-tube most just tap them back into place.

I used that tool last week to change a lower ball joint. Used included tubes to push out the old ball joint, a bit of penetrating oil first, then after a few minutes, while under tension a couple taps with the ball peen hammer and it came right out. To install the new ball joint, I used a large socket that fit over the rubber cover but still caught the shoulder of the ball joint. I place the ball joint in the freezer for an hour or so to shrink it a bit. Went in very easy.
