      I replaced mine with H4’s that had an internal fan and heat sink was not hanging off the back.
      This way they can still have those rubber caps on the back.
      I did have to gently dremel out the hole of the housing a little bit but a drum sander on the dremel, it took about two minutes.

      keep in mind, your light pattern with an aftermarket LED will not be the same as the halogen , but I wanted more of a flood than spot as I have some additional LED spots anyway.

      did you have to Dremel out the housing to get them to fit inside?
