  1. Outlander 570 fan

    Can-Am Outlander
Hey, my cooling fan has died on me. I took it off and it had water in it. So totally my fault lol. Anyway I’m trying to find a cheapish replacement. I’ve looked on eBay and found an spal for 160, but does anyone know if the cheaper ones will work? If so, which one? Thanks in advance for the info!
  2. fan questions

    Can-Am Outlander
How often is the cooling fan supposed to come on in even cold weather?
  3. Fan will not turn on after rad relocate

    Can-Am Outlander
Just recently did the rad relocate and snorkel and now when I turn the bike on the fan does not turn on. The fan freely spins, the rad hoses are hot on both ends so I think the thermostat seems to be working. I was also able to jump the relay and manually trigger the fan to come on. Probably...

    Can-Am Renegade
Ok so I have had my 08 Renegade 800 for about a year now and I love it, great bike, wouldn't sell for anything. However the past few months the bike has been displaying a "Check Engine" message on the display, and I figured out it was because the cooling fan was not turning on. So far I have...

    Can-Am Service Bulletins /Recalls / How To
I got an idea that could stock fan cycle be made longer with timer relay. 1. fan cycle starts, Fan starts 2. fan cycle stops, timer relay starts and run fan certain amount of time. Could this be simple/cheap solution to make our engines cooler? Have anyone tried this?
  6. I Know Nothing

    Can-Am Outlander
I own: 2008 Can Am 800 Max; 2008 Can Am 500 Outlander and a 2007 Can Am 400 XT which I want to sell (2600kms). The 400 XT fan will not cut in. I have been doing some reading, but most of the articles are for 800's which have easy to locate fuse boxes and fan relays. From what I can tell there is...
  7. Thermostat , LED FAN

    Can-Am / BRP
Installing an LED to notify me when the radiator Fan starts was an easy and straight forward project today. It really helps buying a 12V bright led from marine shop as the wire to led connections are weatherproof sealed so that you dont need to fidle with resistors for corect led voltage. So...
