Well since my Outty has been sold and my new bikes have not come in as of yet, I decided to do a little project on my Ozark 250. Started by completely tearing down the rear axle and replaced all bearings, seals and brakes. Cleaned every component and repainted where applicable. Replaced all bearings and seals on the front end, new brake pads and repainted where applicable. Removed all racks and bumpers and had them powder coated along with the wheels. Last but not least, put a new set of Bear Claws all the way around. Turned out pretty nicely and will make a clean and safe ride for the daughter.

Thanks Stolz. Looking for things to do while I dont have a ride. This just seemed to fit the bill so to speak. My wallet paid for it though. lol.....
