10 hour check up

I had 14 hours on my 500 XT Outlander and took it in for the first oil change. My dealer told me not to bring it in until 20 hours but with my next ride I would have been way past 20 hours. They changed the oil and checked the front and rear differential. Both were good. Didn't do anything with the valves. Cost $100 - seemed fair.
My bigger concern was the keys. I couldn't tell the difference between the normal key (grey) and the performance key (black). They cleared both and made the black key hot. I haven't had the chance to drive it so still not sure what the result is. Before taking it in it was a dog. It couldn't spin the wheels on gravel. I hope the key was the issue. Anybody else have that problem with their 500?
