2 questions on my new outlander max xt.

First question is ...I backed my ATV out of the bed of my pickup. I stopped it while the front wheels were still elevated on the ramps and noticed if i grab the wheels there seems to be a little slop in them. I can turn them back and forth just a little. Is this slop normal? It doesnt seem like it should be.
2nd question: when i sit with the machine running in park and turn the wheels from left to right and back i can feel no difference in the resistance whether the dps is s
et at max or min. Shouldn't it turn easier on max even at idle?
