1st off, welcome to the site.

I had a 2012 Outlander and I seem to recall that there should be a stand alone 30 or 40A fuse, check your manual for where it is (the best of my recollection was it was located on the right side below the seat) but most everything dies when that fuse blows.

EDIT: I just looked at my owners manual for the 2012 Outlander and that 30A fuse is located in the rear fuse holder along with two 40A fuses.

I’ve got 2 40A and a 30A under the seat that are all replaced one of the 40s was blown and had melted the bottom of the fuse box but still have voltage going through the new one

I believe that 30 A fuse provides power up to your main fuse box, if the main fuse was blown or the wires from the main fuse were broken that would explain why there is no power at the main fuse box.

Main Fuse Functionality in Can-Am Vehicles
The main fuse in Can-Am vehicles is crucial for the electrical system. It protects various components by providing power to essential systems.

Power Distribution
The main fuse typically supplies power to:

  • Ignition System: Ensures the engine starts and runs.
  • Lighting: Powers headlights, taillights, and other lights.
  • Accessories: Supplies power to additional features like winches, GPS, and heated grips.
  • Control Modules: Powers the electronic control units that manage vehicle functions.
