I have an issue with my head lights not working along with winch when the key is in head light position I have a 2012 can am commander 1000 anyone have advice

Welcome to the site, quite possibly nothing more than an internal failure of the ignition switch itself. We see plenty of them going out, it's a rather high-use item after all, and responsible for a lot of the bikes functions.
