Figured I would share my build I started in the fall of 2014, as any project it will never be complete.
I purchased a bone stock used 2012 outlander 800xt with just over 1000km on the speedo. Land vehicle Vehicle Motor vehicle Tire Car

First mod before riding was a SPI slip-on pipe, excellent slip-on and very pleased with it, looks great and sounds awesome.

First mods was to make it look like a 800xmr with the brp rad relocate and snorkel kit, also at the same time installing fox podium XXC shocks, highlifter MGC a-arms and extended trailing arms. Best way getting to know a new machine is taking it all apart :) Land vehicle All-terrain vehicle Vehicle Tire Automotive tire

Ended up installing my rims and tires off my renegade since they where bigger then the stockers Land vehicle All-terrain vehicle Vehicle Motor vehicle Automotive tire

But the 27" zillas where too small so ordered a set of STI rims and 29.5 terminators and brp mid guard kit Land vehicle All-terrain vehicle Vehicle Tire Automotive tire

Changed out the brp rad relocate guard and added a custom cut punisher one Bumper Helmet Automotive exterior Vehicle Hood

Installed a set of rox risers with the XTP 1-1/8" bars, brp heated grip/thumb warmer kit Black Vehicle Automotive design Tire Automotive tire

Added a 3/16" plate on top of the steering stem since the stock stem plate will fatigue and crack due to the extra leverage of the rox risers Auto part Engine Automotive engine part Vehicle Scientific instrument

Ended up getting another set of tires and rims since the terminators are a heavy tire and I'm a performance orientated person and I didn't like power robbing tires, ended up going with the grey STI beadlock rims and 30" zillas, near half the weight of the other combo All-terrain vehicle Automotive exterior Automotive tire Motor vehicle Tire
