I take it you don't get to serious in the mud with your mud machine. Wear a backpack with the amp in it? There's no place for it on the machine that it can survive the mud, water and banging.

buy the can am wet sounds storage box with the built in amp and speakers. its all Bluetooth and comes with all the hardware and wiring harness. I have one on my '17 XMR 850, I can hear it clearly over the exhaust. Its loud and waterproof.

 

Do those speakers have covers, or do they just get splattered in mud and rocks?

 

Front pods are aluminum. If you are referring to rear speakers that's a speaker tube for my other bike, sitting there temporarily,

 

I’ve got a 10” wetsounds sound bar mounted on top of my trunk, it works very well....basically anything made by wetsounds is good stuff. Btw they are offering 20% off everything today!....as far as an amp goes, I would get this. It’s a wetsounds micro amp and the description says that it’s sealed to protect from water and dirt. They also have another micro amp as well

hey they have speaker grilles, but nothing serious. yes they get covered with mud and what not..... I usually spray them off and its good to go

 

I see you have the 2 up max seat and apparently no more rack storage. But I a have seen them mounted in the little storage box that fits behind the seat

Yeah, actually thinking best way now would be to install a rear cargo box and mount an amp in it.

 

I finally installed an amp on my XMR. Rockford -Fosgate 300w 2- channel marine amp mounted in the 23gal Linq trunk. System is controlled by an NVX Bluetooth Audio receiver mounted to the LH handlebar brake mount. Speakers are Kicker 6.5" marine speakers in wake tower speaker pods mounted to the radiator mount tubes.

I have a set of tower speakers and trying to see how to install them on my xmr 1000. I don’t know how to mount them

 

Heres one photo of how i mounted mine. I had to disassemble the rad support to do so.

 

Wow! What an amazing setup you put together. That quad is like old Milwaukee beer, "doesn't get any better than this" kudos!
