Welcome to the site

Misfire can be fuel or spark-related. When's the last time you did plugs?

Where'd you find that description for that code? Searching the site here returns "P2020 Intake Manifold Runner Pos Sensor/Switch Circ Range/Perf Bank2"

Wait

So the code is P0202? And the bike has a tune on it from vivid racing?

Ok

P0202 search results return this thread:

Seems to be an issue with a wet or otherwise compromised connector at the #1 injector. What's the harness/connector look like?

And it's misfiring? Or just throwing the codes?

It's hard to say it's misfiring, when it hits limp home it's running on 1 cylinder witch I understand that what it's supposed to do, than fires again and gets worse as it gets warmer or the longer I ride it. The RPM thing is more when it's cooler and warming up. Took my laptop with me last time 0201 and 0202 were coming up, I cleared them 4 times before getting home, about 3 miles.

Just spit-balling here, but I read where lots of X3 owners fought phantom misfire codes that ended up being caused by the MAF/T sensor. That 02 sensor code in addition to the misfire lends credence to the thought process. Do you have any way of swapping in another sensor? Hate to just go aim the money cannon at the thing....

Is that the one on top of the air box?

On your machine I'm not sure, it's typically on the intake "manifold" of the v-twins I'm familiar with
