Dang, that's a sharp rig

I feel like it's just screaming for a little more ground clearance and a little more tire, but that's just me....

Beautiful. I hope you enjoy your JL Audio roof as much as I enjoy mine.

I just picked up my Lonestar Max Cab last Tuesday. Got it home, took it off the trailer and two minutes into the first little drive the a/c is warm and have a flashing triangle on the HAVC display. Had them pick it up Wednesday and they said the Freon was low and that they’d charge it and have it back before the end of the day. Long story short is it’s still there and they’re still trying to figure out the problem. Have you had any issues with your a/c?

Picked up 2 Crew Cab Limiteds. One Dark gray and one Camo. The Grey one the A/C worked the first day and was a hot blow dryer the next. Reloaded freon and good for one day and back out?? Taking back to dealer tomorrow.
It took three weeks and multiple emails and calls between the shop and BRP, and finally after several items replaced, it’s working the way it’s supposed to. A customer service rep from BRP called me last week to offer some form of compensation (extend my warranty or credit towards accessories) and he said he’ll call me back this week but I’m not holding my breath now that I have the machine back.
Looks great! Did you do the tint yourself or have it done somewhere? I’m looking to get mine done.

Did they tell you what they replaced? I’m going through this now.
I believe they wound up replacing the lines but I’m not positive. They said that it’s a known issue now at BRP. Some are either not filled completely but most issues were leaks. It’s been running cold since I got it back though so that’s been great. Now it’s been back for two weeks for the roof seals. Finally got some rain and it was leaking all over the place. Wouldn’t care so much except when there’s water dripping from the radio and speakers, it’s definitely going to be an issue down the road and for the amount these machines cost, it needs to be fixed.

Well that doesn't sit well with me. In Texas we haven't had much rain so I haven't gotten to test that yet. A few things I've noticed on my 22.5 Lonestar Cab:

  • Zero bass out of the speakers and amp is set with gain too low...need to take off the amp cover and see if I can adjust
  • Windshield moves around quite a bit, much more than my 2019 with a three position glass windshield
  • Washer fluid drip: I'd heard about it before but it does it on my machine too, a constant drip after using the washer
  • AC: it blows cold but it has trouble keeping up with the 100 degree weather. I'll need to find some clear ceramic tint and do the windows myself

I’m in Texas as well and that’s why it took so long to figure out the leak. Was in West Texas a couple weeks ago when I finally got it in some rain. Everything you listed are things I noticed with mine as well. A/c is better now but I haven’t had too much time to use it with it being back in the shop. It has now been a total of over 6 weeks combined that it’s been in since I’ve gotten it, that’s literally half the time I’ve had it.

Yeah, 6 weeks in the shop won't work for me with hunting season coming up. Fingers crossed my roof doesn't leak and yours is fixed now

Good luck. I’ll be taking mine back fixed or not by the time hunting season is here!
