Just posted same thing in another thread: Check your fuel, and when in doubt buy lower octane fuel. Dealer suggested not using 91 octane and buying the 87 or even 85 octane fuel when we went in with this same issue after about 25 hours. Switching to lower grade fuel eliminated all the problems.

My problem was crank position censor was bad. It would work sometimes. Replaced it, all issues gone.
