Hello my fellow can am guys and gals.

Ok so I have a ‘17 outlander 570 currently with 27” zillas. I’ve dialed in the clutching for those but I now I have 30s on the way

I want to get the most out the 570 with the 30s so I can really bog deep in the mud. would like to know what others are running and how well it works

Currently looking at qsc clutch kit setup for my outty. Any thoughts about that? Not currently looking at whole primarys. Just want to do a kit with springs and adjustable flyweight arms.

The tires will be STI R4 30x9x14 front and rear.

Your help and suggestions are appreciated ✊?✊?

He’s right. A cvtech is gunna be your best bet. Aprox 500$ give or take, and you’re machine will run way better than any clutch kit can do for you. You’ll spend more trying to re clutch it than just do it right the first time. Especially trying to spin tires that size with a 570. But if you’re dead set on a clutch kit then dalton is the way to go. But it’s not much less than just doing it right the first time with a primary clutch.

Where is a good place that sells these cv tech primaries? I would like to read up on that some more. I’ve heard of guys getting them and still needed adjustments

Turning 30s with the 570 shouldn’t be too bad, I know it’s not gonna be anything like a 1000 but there are plenty of 570 guys running 30s and 32s

QSC’s kit come with all the weights and adjustable arms and springs for $300. It’s supposedly for 30s.

Will look into the cv tech some more

Yes it’ll spin them. But it won’t be efficient and it’ll take a ton of power away from you, with the clutch kit you’re just basically taking it away from the top end and adding it to the bottom end ( not really but basically ) and you’ll also want to upgrade to a gates belt, which is over 100$ as your stock one will get chewed up fast, and the stock primary on these bikes are garbage. You lose a ton of power, belt slippage, and are not efficient. Most can am dealers will have a cvtech and can tune it for you.

I bought mine right from a cvtech vendor. But any of the clutch guys, Adam Harvey, 3p etc... All sell them. I asked a bunch a questions from all the guys when I bought mine. The only guy I heard back from was adamairdam. So I did a ton of research. I will say these things tunes from cvtech never seem to be close but they are super easy to tune. For over $300 for clutch kit I would definitely consider going with cvtech
