All you 500 guys I've had a lot of questions and calls about the 640 kits. I figured I'll document the one we are building for a local race. Starting on her today so pics will follow. Griffin Performance

Any clutch work? and was this high or low gear?
I run QSC clutches on everything. This was high gear both times
Looks like the 640 will get her first look at competition in the mud races this weekend. The 700cc and under class is where she will be competing. Hoping to get you guys some good videos.
Well video sucked (i'll try to get it up) and finished 3rd behind 2 840 bikes.... so much for the 700cc rule.
Actually lead the first lap here.... she held her own against the big 840. You didnt see him flying around the ol 640 there did ya ;)
Is that price on this with or without core charge?
Without core charge... we dont add in core charges cause most people send us their cylinders first
Ok cool. So 900n straight up? If I sent my jugs, do you work them or just send out ones you have ready? Just thinking about turn around time

I have them here ready to go :th_smiliewoo:
Gonna get you guys some dyno numbers next week..... heres a teaser for all the doubters
640 vs 500
Dyno results are in:
Stock 500 with full muzzy did 41.3hp
640bbk, R cams, HMF slip-on 62.6hp at the wheels. (Limited by rpms)
Granted these numbers look awesome but it coulda been the dyno. Either way it's a 21hp gain back to back runs. DYNO SHEET HERE
50% gain in HP is impressive! What fuel controller are you using? Factory 800 cams?
PCV for fuel. Factory 2009 "R" cams in that bike
