That's a lot of machine. What's the availability like, or what are you being told?

 

I don't think they know what they'll get for year. This spring they were suppose to get soemthing like one or two, and they got none. That is a 6x6 of any style. That was why we are trying to get one on order.

A max in officially on order for us. The dealership said that BRP had told them they weren't going to get any floor models next summer.

 

Does that mean it gets delivered directly to you. No dealer involved beyond the order. Sounds different from anything I've heard before.

So when do you get this machine?

 

No, it means we ordered it at our dealer. As usual he get its it in, then we get it from him.

 

Okay. But it is not a floor model. So for the general public, no kicking the tires, no test rides. Just order and wait. I get it.

 

Any other work type 6x6 owners here??

 

As usual, 6x6 owners are the reserved type. I have been pushing and rolling snow with our current machine a boss. If anyone cares to see pics of that, let me know.

was anyone able to get discounts on accessories or add ons when they ordered there machine? The pods are a bit costly...

 

When I bought my 6x6, the dealer gave me 10% off all accessories. Helped a little, was going to buy a few things anyway!

 

Does anyone have a 2022 6x6 outlander and can confirm if it does or doesn’t have dess key and the ITC electric throttle? I know of a few people getting 10% off accessories with a new atv

 

Hey muddy, My '22 is what they call a Covid bike. No DESS key, no plastic plugs on the bumpers and the module for shutting off the computer head unit is missing. But in todays world I could take it as is or not have a 6x6, I can live without the missing parts. And yes I got a discount on all accessories.

Well no DESS or ITC throttle on a 2022 outlander 1000 6x6 if anyone is curious.

 

Adapting to no availability of computer chips i see....

None, other than $$$ increases.

 

I should add, we've had our current 6x6 in the shop multiple times this winter, trying to locate its engine miss problem....

 

Did they replace the spark plugs I read where one guy had problems from new finally found a cracked plug, hope you get it figured out,

 

Yes they replaced the plugs. After spending $1200 replacing this and that, we found it was the plug wires.

 

As of today, we've not heard a peep from BRP concerning the production of the 6X6 we ordered in the fall.

 

I ordered in Aug of ‘21 and received it March of ‘22

What dealership did you order through? I placed a deposit with Team CC in Wasilla, AK around December of '21. At that time I was #12 on the waiting list I was advised months ago I was #2 on the order list and they assumed my order would be placed in April, here we are in July and still no success. Hopefully you hear something soon.

 

We are in the up of MI. The dealership did get back with me and said the build date was July to August. So it's coming up soon!

 

Also snatched up some pods for it at a serious discount! (just a pic I found on the web of pods)

 

We found some new but discounted pods for it at a dealership who ordered by accident and saved us over 1500.

 

I contacted my dealership for an update, was told my deposit would be rolled over to the 2023 model and to expect a price increase. Interested to see how large of a price bump and if any changes from the 2022 models.

 

We also sold our 2014 Boss for 9K. We actually still have it but got a serious down-payment from the fellow who wants it. So things are moving forward!!!
