I have heard that the 2014 rear diffs in the outlanders were slack from the factory and I saw a video where Pines power sports and marine take them out and check the shims and backlash preload and gear tooth contact points before they sell them. My question is did they fix this problem for 2015. I just bought a 800 xt and added 14 inch super atv rims with 27 inch ITP mud lite xtr tires and was hoping I will have no problems with the rear diff.

Thanks I'm still looking but I haven't been able to find out much about the 2015 models but if anybody finds out anything about this could you let me know thanks

I would also like to know this. Im a Yamaha guy looking to buy a new 2015 Outlander 800 and am worried about this diff issue.
