anyone on here have experience with acs issues? I've check most connections on the bike i can see and put dielectric grease on them. cleaned battery and tested volts. was about 14.06 when running. which is fine?

ok heres my situation. when th bike is turned off no issues whatever just turn key on and the acs functions perfectly no code nothing works like new. but when i start the machine and try to use my acs is when it throws check engine light and air fault message. the acs will work switch it to level 6 it jacks it up to level 6. switch it back to level 1 it expels the air drops down and then the compressor kicks back in and jacks it right back up again. so it always is filling the shocks right up.

anyone have any idea?

May need to head to the dealer about your acs......most guys are pulling their acs off and replacing with regular shocks...
Hello everyone. I’m brand new to the CanAm forums. And I hope I can get some help! I recently bought a 2013 Outlander Max Limited 1000. Love it. BUT just starting to have the ACS problems. What it does AND ONLY WHEN MY MAX IS HOT:::
If I change the setting it pumps up to 6 then bleeds off a little, then pumps back up, bleeds off and so on. No matter what setting I go to. it also flashed a fault message ans the engine light comes on. Again this is only when my bike is at operating temperature. Today I went out while the bike was cold, started it up and the ACS system worked perfect and no fault message and no engine light. I’ve already changed the pressure sensor a while back when I first started having issues a while back, but doesn’t seem like that is the problem. I really like the ACS set up and not ready to can it and go with regular shocks just yet. If anyone has suggestions please let me know and thank you!
