air shocks

air system stopped working for pretty much completely now. once you turn on key or start the machine, the compressor pumps for like 1 second then is done, and doesn't pump or expel air anymore even changing settings. anyone experience this or know what it could be

I have bi passed the system and now fill it manually with two toggle switches under my seat. I have also mounted a gauge to read the pressures. Seems to work good can fill front to one pressure and back to another pressure and am still able to use compressor to fill tires.
Hey trailblazer1234 can you show some pics of your setup and give some info on how you did trying to do something similar
Yes i can post some pics, they won’t be very good because there is not much room. I used there four solenoids that open and close the valves. You have to figure out which ones are for the front and back. Then find a power wire that has power when the key is on. I used two toggles switches that are three way switches. One switch controls you’re on/off of the compressor and your dumping of air. The other switch opens the valves to the front or back shocks. I cant remeber which color the air line is that reads presure but i think it was the yellow one. i will have to look again. but you pull that line off and run it to a gauge and your done. If you still get air fault code coming up you can take it to a dealer and they can delete it so it never comes up. Mine seems to be staying off.
I have them sitting on my shop floor waiting to find a new home. Running Elka stage ridiculous now. Paid an exhorbinate price, only to have them discount them to $1200 a month later. If you can find the stage 4s for $1200 anywhere you'd better jump on it.

The ACS IMHO is not ever going to give you even half decent performance. Front springs are too soft and there's nothing you can do about that - no one makes a replacement. Adding preload with a spacer just preloads the spring and won't help the fact that the rate is too low.
